Anil Kumar Dua joined Dish TV in May 2017 as the Group Chief Executive Officer.

The merger of d2h Limited into DishTV India Limited has since been completed and the two companies are one entity effective 22nd March, 2018.

The company owns strong brands Dish TV, d2h and Zing under its umbrella.

Mr. Dua has a vast experience of over 29 years in senior management positions and building renowned brands in India as well as overseas.

He aims to aggressively build the business and take the brands to next level.

Mr. Dua has worked with major global and Indian corporations like Gillette, Hero MotoCorp and Hindustan Unilever in the past. Prior to joining DishTV, he served as the Managing Director of OTE Group of Companies with operations in Middle East.

He also served as Senior Vice President - Sales, Marketing & Customer Care at Hero MotoCorp (erstwhile Hero Honda) from 2006 to 2014, where he was responsible for Hero MotoCorps business growth and entire gamut of marketing, sales and customer care operations.

Mr. Dua holds a Post Graduate diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

A respected thought leader in the industry, Mr. Dua has won several accolades in his career at company and industry level, including top CMO and CEO awards.

He has also been an active participant in different forums like CII, SIAM, FADA & FICCI, and has also been the Chairman of the Retail Council of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

He was also on the board of Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC).

Rajeev K. Dalmia, Chief Financial Officer, joined DishTV on January 5, 2007. He is responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company, financial planning and maintaining Financial Records of the Company.

He is a qualified fellow chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta. Rajeev has a vast experience of over 28 years in diverse organisations including Petrochemicals, capital markets and Textile industries. Prior to joining DishTV, he was senior vice-president - finance of South Asian Petrochem Limited from September 2000 to December 2006.

Veerender Kumar Gupta, Chief Business & Technology Officer, joined the organization in April 2009.

He is responsible for information technology, business process excellence and Usage & Retention for our Company.

He has more than 33 years of work experience.

He is responsible for strategizing, improvising and establishing both front-end services and back-end center for addressing the needs of our subscribers, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and build on the brand value.

He is responsible for technology requirements for front-end service and call center operations.

He holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi University and a diploma in systems management from National Institute of Information Technology.

Ranjit Singh, Corporate Head - Secretarial, Legal & Regulatory, joined DishTV on December 24, 2004.

He is responsible for the Legal, Regulatory and Secretarial / Statutory functions of our Company.

Ranjit has more than 20 years of work experience having worked with FMCG, Electrometrical and Software Firms.

Prior to joining us, he was the Company Secretary of Parsec Technologies Limited from November 2003 to November 2004.

He is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He also holds a bachelors degree of law from Delhi University.
